NEW OWNER EVALUATION PROCESS

PALM BEACH LEISUREVILLE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (PBLCA) NEW OWNER APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1 – New Owner DOWNLOADS INSTRUCTION SHEET or visit TENANTEV.COM and enter the PBL Property Code 12721. Must also download Leisureville Lake Unit J Application and Acknowledgement Forms (links below as well).

Step 2 – New Owner submits PBLCA online application and emails Unit J application to Condo Association at unitjboard@gmail.com

Step 3 – PBLCA completed applications are forwarded to the Unit J Condo Board contact

Step 4 – Unit J Condo interview conducted and approval granted by condo board 

Step 5 – Two (2) condo board members signs off on all condo approval forms

Step 6 – Approval form is returned to the PBLCA office to finalize approval and schedule master HOA orientation

PBLCA NEW OWNER EVALUATION FEES 

Effective April 1, 2025 credit & background checks will be implemented and the Master HOA application fee will change to the following: 

• $250.00 PER SINGLE APPLICANT (NEW OWNER) 

• $250.00 PER MARRIED COUPLE 

• $ 75.00 PER ADDITIONAL OCCUPANT (NOT NAMED ON LEASE)
