BOARD MEETING - MAY 29, 2026 - 10AM - CLUBHOUSE #1 - EAST ROOM
EVALUATION PROCESS AND REQUIRED APPLICATIONS FOR NEW OWNERS
Step 1 – New Owner downloads and submits completed Leisureville Lake Unit J Condominium Association New Owner application and Acknowledgement Forms, along with fee and credit screening report from nationally recognized credit reporting agency. Email completed application and credit screening report to unitjboard@gmail.com. Leisureville Lake Unit J Application and Acknowledgement Forms (links below as well).
Step 2 – Unit J Condo interview conducted and approval granted by condo board.
Step 3 – Upon approval from Condominium Association, New Owner DOWNLOADS PALM BEACH LEISUREVILLE INSTRUCTION SHEET or visit TENANTEV.COM and enter the PBL Property Code 12721.
Step 4 – New Owner submits PBLCA online application.
Step 5 – PBLCA completed applications are forwarded to the Unit J Condo Board contact for review/approval.
Step 6 – Two (2) condo board members signs off on all condo approval forms.
Step 7 – Approval form is returned to the PBLCA office to finalize approval and schedule master HOA orientation.
